Open Doors

I provided a culture training for the Finance management team of Open Doors in France.  In the Netherlands I provided an intercultural training  for the European Open Doors HR-team (20 persons)

Webster Leiden Campus

I developed several Dutch Identity Courses for Webster Leiden Campus. e.g.

  • Pedal Power,
    This course critically examines the significance of bicycles and cycling in the Netherlands, highlighting their social, economic, political and cultural aspects.
  • The Dutch Delta, Dikes and Water Management, This course examines the rich history of the Netherlands, with a particular focus on the Dutch relationship with water.
    It explores the social, economic, political, and cultural impacts of living in close proximity to water.
  • Understanding the Dutch,
    During the course we compare Dutch culture with the student’s own culture, highlighting differences and expectations in behavior and communication. We also explore the implications of these differences in daily work and life.
